"We recently purchased a used travel trailer from Dixie. This was the first time we had a reason to step inside their building. We were floored! You wouldn't expect a company who sells travel trailers to look like a resort, but Dixie looks exactly like a trailer resort out of a magazine. We were a little skeptical about asking to see used trailers after stepping inside this building. The amount of trailers that fit into this enclosure and the ones outside are not only beautiful but in great shape whether new or old. We were asked the price range we had in mind. It seemed pointless to us, but we figured we had nothing to lose. To our shock, they had a very large 32 foot trailer that would fit our needs. I was skeptical again, figuring it would probably be in poor shape considering the price we were offering to pay for it... The salesman drove us by golf cart to see the trailer. It was as clean as could be from what I could see from the outside. Now came the part that makes me smile... the interior: It was in GREAT condition, clean everywhere. To our surprise, he informed us that the queen sized mattress was brand new! He also informed us that the four bunk beds had brand new mattresses on order... wow! Our walk-thru was a delight. The man was extremely professional and friendly. He told us that the sink had a new faucet and that the recalled heater part had already been replaced. What a great way to do business! I know now that I will NEVER go anywhere else. I had been to other trailer sales offices, and knowing that I did not purchase one of theirs should be enough knowledge about our experiences with them. We are extremely happy campers :-)"

" I was very nervous buying a perowned Trailer without seeing it 1st all I had was some pictures of it on the internet at Dixie. Dennis who was assisting me spent the time to take 50 pictures of the unit from roof, outside, inside and was so nice about all my questions and concerns. I am hard to deal with when it comes to buying a Car or RV. Dennis did everything to answer my questions and make me feel very at ease with the sale assuring me the Rv is just as he is telling me it is. Dennis,s trust and word was all I could go by till I got down to see the RV. I was so pleased when I finally got down to buy it and see it was just as Dennis told me. The staff was extremely helpfull to me when hitching up. The whole buying experience was comfortable. I am extremely pleased I dealt with Dixie and Dennis the saleman. We got a great deal on this unit. In fact I looked for weeks on the net and nobody even came close to what Dixie sold this exact model and brand to us for!!!!!!!!!!!Trust me I looked for weeks to find this model. It was worth the 8 hour trip each way to get it.We left feeling so good. I would check Dixie out for sure next upgrade we make."

"Hello, I am storing this RV for an Army couple, while they spend three years in Japan. This camper was purchased from you, years ago. The owner did not maintain it as well as I would have, so I've been busy fixing a few things to get this camper in good shape. Just after bringing the camper home, I called and a very friendly lady there was very helpful and sent me the Owners Manual. I have called several times for advice on this and that, like how to remove mildew stains and I thank you and your staff for the help. The Dixie RV sticker on the right side of the camper is mostly gone. Please send me one or two replacement stickers, or decals which I will place on the camper. I have purchase several parts for my own RV's, from you guys in the past, and it has always been a pleasure dealing with you folks...I am 56 years young and have worked on cars, trucks, RVs and boats for years. The Jayco camper is very well built and I am glad to have it for free to use during the summer and in the mountains next Bear season. Thank you so much. Paul Moore "

I have just returned from a business trip for the last few weeks and was happy to receive my "delivery pictures" from Dixie RV. Thank you.

I also want to thank you, Tom, and Gwen for making the whole experience wonderful. After leading a sales team for over 20 years, I can say that Tom is a real sales professional. He has all the information I needed but wasn't too pushy. Gwen understood our needs well in the business office and had us in and out quickly. You may not want to tell them but......we have openings up here in New York! The Windsport 35 is a super coach for us and performed well on our maiden voyage. I did have that one warranty issue that you guys took care of right away. From the folks in sales, service, and parts....you guys did a super job. Don't forget to tell the Colonel!

It was a real pleasure doing business with Dixie Trailer and RV Sales. We purchased a Diplomat motor home by Monaco and we have never been more pleased. When we return for service to our Motor Coach, we get it.. and with a smile! The staff is very informed about their product and they give the best of service. "Dear Mr. Forrest: I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to you and your staff for our best experience ever at your dealership a few days ago. My wife (Sissy) and I purchased our new Monaco Cayman in record time but were more impressed with your staff and the overall atmosphere at your dealership. Your staff was kind, thoughtful, energetic, relaxed and very professional. We felt very much at home from the first moment we arrived. We drove up and were immediately greeted by Mike, one of your salesmen. Despite the ongoing activities with your building, his smile, demeanor and overall attitude were impressive. We felt very comfortable with him because he was there to 'help us" and not to simply add another number to his sales figures for the month. After crunching some numbers with Mike and Greg, your Sales Manager, we decided to go for lunch and discuss the deal. We returned a short while later, crunched some more numbers, took a test drive and ultimately agreed to purchase the Cayman. The following Saturday we arrived back at Dixie to take delivery of our new Cayman. It was raining and workers were in the process of tearing down your existing building. Normally, these would have been distractions, but your professional staff and the obvious dedication to their jobs left us very much at ease. We would especially like to mention Larry (Service), Peggy (Warranty) and Yvonne (Business Office) as they made the entire day very enjoyable. Their smiles, knowledge of the product and willingness to answer any/all questions were welcome. It almost seemed like they were working on a Saturday especially for us. Again, please accept my letter as a job well done! If you keep track of letters such as this, please record this one as a letter of appreciation for Mike, Greg, Larry, Peggy and Yvonne, and make it a permanent record in their personnel files.
